Substrate Quality
Substrate must be clean and dry.
Relative humidity of the substrate should not exceed 85% and substrate temperature
should be more than 3°C above the Dew Point to avoid condensation of moisture onto
substrate prior to coating application. This coating can be applied to dry or green
concrete, but ensure that there is no standing water during application.
Mixing
Chemscratch is available in a pre-weighed kit. Add Resin and Hardener in a bucket
and mix for 1 minute with a helical paint mixer. Once the mixture has become
homogeneous, add the aggregate powder and continue mixing for 2 minutes. Once the
mixture is ready, it should be applied within the working pot life.
Application
Apply by notch trowel at the rate of 10-12 sqm/ kit. Coverage may vary depending
on the floor profile.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

goggles/gloves/clothing, etc., to prevent direct contact with skin and eyes. Apply in
well-ventilated areas. Open doors and windows during use.
